Thanks for outlining what you do and why. I have 6 kids at home and honestly so many days I just want to run and hide, it’s a constant struggle against that feeling. I’m with them all day five days a week though, so I suppose that contributes. You are right, they deserve more one on one time with me, and I’m going to try to do better about making that happen.
